meet the fockers

It was the first movie I've seen this year and actually the first in months, the last being the epic flop (sorry Ran- I know how you love Angelina and I'm not sure how you're gonna take this) Alexander. It was, as all sequels always are, not as good as the first one. Here the Byrnes family gets to meet the Fockers family and that's basically were the story goes around. Disaster struck when Pam's very uptight father, Jack meets the parents of his daughter's fiancee, Gaylord Focker, after finding out about their flamboyantly, sexually provocative and rather funny lifestyle in Miami (?) which is in pure contrast to their very much sophisticated living.
Though the movie may not be as funny as the original
'Meet the Parents' (though the figures show its topping the box-office charts just like its prequel), I particularly liked Barbra Streisand here. She acted very well as an outspoken sex therapist and Ben Stiller's mother. I've never seen her in the same fashion before. So there goes my quick review.
